How do I build a lid?
Pick a Patch, pick a Blank Hat, and checkout. We will attach the patch prior to shipping unless otherwise noted in the cart note section. Note section is located in the cart before checkout. If you do not leave a note this will cause a delay in completing your order. We will reach out via text or email.
**If ordering more than one patch/hat combo please let us know how you would like them sewn in the note section.
(Example: Richardson 112 black/ mama tried patch)

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No we currently only ship within the United States of America. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are Quick Order Combos?
Quick order combos are popular patch and hat combinations. We put in one listing for easier checkout. These will be sewn after you order before shipping.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
We do not accept returns/refunds/ exchanges on the following:
-Quick order combos
-Customized ‘build your own lid’ hats
-sales/ clearance items
However, if you have a problem with your order please contact us. Customer service is very important to us!
What is the turn around time for a customized hat?
We always have the updated turn around time posted at the top of the website (highlighted in yellow) to be seen before you order as well as in the confirmation email you will receive after you order.
We ship with USPS. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged packages. We are also NOT in control of any delays during transit time. You have the option to add ROUTE shipping insurance for a small fee at checkout. If you opt out then we are not able to help you.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT! We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.
